This month is all about importing supplier files. Here is what is new for you.

Import supplier files exactly as you receive them

A supplier's order form can now go straight in, without turning it into a separate Excel first. You pick the sheet and click the row that holds your column names, even when there is a block of customer and order details above it.

US barcodes are completed for you

If your supplier also sells in the United States, those articles arrive with a 12-digit barcode instead of 13. NEXERA now completes them into a valid EAN. This only happens when the check digit matches, so a barcode is never invented. Barcodes we cannot verify are left exactly as they are.

Duplicate or empty column names

Files with two columns of the same name, or with an empty column header, are no longer rejected. Every column gets its own name and the wizard shows you which names were adjusted, so you can double-check the mapping.
